Make Gelato with us!
In this in-person class, we will make gelato together. We'll shop the ingredients in advance for you, and together we will cut and weight ingredients, mix, pour, and make gelato with our professional machines. We plan to make various flavors, like fruits, nuts, and creams. After each batch, we will taste the gelato together. We will walk you through the differences between artisanal gelato and industrial gelato. You will bring home some of the gelato you made, a recipe booklet that you can use at home, and hopefully lots of smiles!

Our standard class lasts 2 hours, takes place at our shop and is for a maximum of 10 people. We know that teams might have different requirements, and we always try to be flexible: we can split a large group in two parts, run shorter sessions, or even bring our gelato machines to your office!
